Prof. Dr. Sukrisno Agoes, Ak., MM, CPA, CA

Sukrisno Agoes, is the founder of this firm. He obtained his PhD
degree in auditing from Padjadjaran University. His thesis title is The Influence of Auditing Standards Implementation of QualityControl, Standards and Audit Quality Services on The User Trust of External Auditor’s Report (A Survey on Public Accounting Firms on Members of Capital Markets Accountant Forum in Indonesia)’.

Besides being the audit partner in the firm, he is also former Dean of Economic Faculty Tarumanegara University - Jakarta for two periods, former member of Dewan Kehormatan IAPI, the Audit Committee member of the Jakarta Stock Exchange and a professor in doctorate
program in Padjadjaran University, Magister Akuntansi UI and Magister Manajemen UI.
He was once the Chairman of Ethique Committee of the Indonesian Institute of Accountant
(IAI) for period 1994-1998 and the Vice Chairman of SPAP Committee for period 1999-2001.

Dr. Iman Sarwoko, CPA, CA

Prior joining this firm, Iman Sarwoko is Managing Partner of KAP Purwantono, Sarwoko & Sandjaja , a member of Ernst & Young International and an AABS Partner. (Retired in December 2010). He had been involved as Partner in-Charge of various audit. He has a wide range of experience in the audit of a diverse portfolio of clients in Indonesia in various sector particularly in mining, retail & consumer products, financial services, oil and gas, and industrial products.

He is responsible to oversee the quality of audits, risk management, client satisfaction, and the application of generally accepted accounting principles and auditing standards. He has also been involved in the completion of audits and due diligence inquiries, advising on regulations and practices, and on public listing of numerous companies. He is a lecturer at the Economic Faculty (UNPAD), and has recently completed his Doctorate Degree (UNPAD).

Prior joining this firm, Sandjaja was a Partner in KAP Purwantono, Sarwoko & Sandjaja, a member of Ernst & Young Global for 30 years. Sandjaja earned his bachelor degree in Accounting from Indonesia University in 1980, and earned his master degree in Accunting from Indonesia University in 2012. He has experiences for more than 30 years an an auditor. He has expertise in auditing, taxation and financial analysis.

He also once worked with a lot of financial problems in many companies, such as oil and gas
companies, plantation, palm oil indsutry, construction, banking, mining, insurance, and many
other industrial feeds.

Prior working for the Public Accounting Firm KAP Sukrisno Sarwoko & Sandjaja, Iman has 5 years of experience working for Public Accounting Firm Ernst & Young - Jakarta office as a financial and IT auditor. He has a Doctorandus Degree in Accounting from the Economic Faculty of University of Indonesia. He has an MBA degree specializing in Information Technology from the Nanyang Business School - Nanyang Technology University - Singapore.

After his study, Iman joins Public Accounting Firm KAP Drs Sukrisno Agoes, Ak, MM & Partner
and has been involved in a number of audit, review, assessment in information technology and internal control including the Compliance Review Remote Trading project - Jakarta Stock
Exchange and Sarbanes Oxley Act Compliance Review (IT Part) in CNOOC (Oil and Gas). He
also has many experience in auditing and Agreed Upon Procedures Engagement in NGOs
including Plan Indonesia, European Commission, DFAT-AusAid, OpenDoors, etc.
